Refund & Returns Policy

At Kirk Lynn Agency Store, we want you to feel good about what you wear. If something’s off, we’ll handle it clearly and fairly. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for website orders.

Kirk Lynn Agency Store is owned and operated by Peacewise, LLC.


1) Where This Policy Applies

This policy applies to orders purchased through our website and delivered within the:

  • United States only


2) Return Window

You may request a return within 20 days of:

  • the delivery date (for shipped orders)

Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible.


3) What We Accept

A) Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Non-defective items (wrong size, changed mind, etc.) as long as they meet the conditions below

B) Conditions for Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective items must be:

  • new, unused, and unwashed

  • in original condition (no stains, odors, or visible wear)

  • returned with any included packaging materials (if applicable)

C) Defective / Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item (and packaging if relevant)

We may request basic verification to resolve the issue quickly and accurately.

D) Not Returnable (Unless Defective)

  • Custom or made-to-order items, including personalized designs

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, heavy use, or alteration

Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is required.


4) How to Start a Return (Mail Only)

To start a return, email:

Include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • a brief reason

  • photos (required for damage/defect claims)

If your return is approved, we will reply with return instructions.


5) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective/damaged items: return shipping is free (after approval/verification)

  • Non-defective returns: return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in our return instructions

No restocking fees.


6) Exchanges (Mail Only)

Exchanges are accepted when eligible.

  • Exchanges follow the same request process as returns.

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be new, unused, and unwashed.

  • If the replacement item costs more, you pay the difference.

  • If it costs less, we refund the difference to the original payment method.


7) Refunds

After we receive your return:

  • We inspect returns within 2–3 business days

  • If approved, we process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.


8) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

  • Carrier delays, weather, and holiday slowdowns are not grounds for a refund unless the product arrives damaged.

  • If a non-defective return arrives worn, washed, or not in resellable condition, the return may be declined.
