2) How We Handle DMCA Claims

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported material.

If no court action is filed by the original complainant, the material may be restored within 10–14 business days.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

To protect creators and maintain a fair creative space, Kirk Lynn Agency Store may suspend or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

5) False Claims & Misrepresentation

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), including damages and legal fees.

6) Transparency & Record Keeping

We may share DMCA notices or counter-notices with the relevant parties to allow proper response and resolution. Records of notices and actions may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
