1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii)

We ship to valid U.S. residential and business addresses.
At this time, international shipping is not available.

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

To keep fulfillment consistent:

  • Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (PT)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT begin processing the next day

Handling / processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sun)
This is the time we need to confirm the order, prepare the package, and hand it off to the carrier.

You’ll receive:

  • Order confirmation email right after checkout

  • Shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package ships

3) Transit Time & Estimated Delivery Window

Once the carrier has your package:

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (Mon–Sun)

Typical total delivery window: 4–10 days from order placement
Delivery timing can vary based on:

  • order time vs. cut-off

  • processing time

  • carrier route volume

  • weather events

  • federal holidays

We keep estimates realistic because “fast” means nothing if it’s not true.

4) Shipping Fee

  • Flat rate shipping: $5.00 per order (standard shipping, anywhere in the U.S.)

No minimum order required.
No hidden surcharges.
Any applicable charges are shown at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

We ship with reliable national carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS
    (or a comparable carrier depending on destination and service availability)

A tracking number will be provided by email so you can follow the shipment in real time.

6) Exceptions & Special Cases

A) Address Issues

Please double-check your address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered by the customer:

  • We can reship after the address is corrected

  • Re-shipping fee: $5.00

B) Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number

  • If damaged, include clear photos of the packaging and product

We’ll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

C) Service Delays

Carrier delays may occur due to:

  • severe weather

  • peak shipping seasons

  • carrier disruptions

  • federal holidays

These events can extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
