This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for both product types.

1) Where This Policy Applies
This policy applies to orders placed through our website and delivered within the United States.
Digital product purchases are governed by the digital section below.
SECTION A — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (APPAREL & MERCHANDISE)

You may request a return within 20 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible.

C) Defective or Damaged Items

D) Not Returnable (Unless Defective)

5) Return Shipping & Fees

No restocking fees.

SECTION B — DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks – PDF Downloads)
Digital products are non-tangible, downloadable goods.
8) No Returns on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content:
All digital product sales are generally final once download access has been provided.
We do not accept returns for:

9) Limited Exceptions for Digital Products
A refund may be considered only if:

You were charged multiple times for the same product

The file is corrupted or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved

We reserve the right to verify technical claims before issuing refunds.
10) Important Notes (Applies to All Orders)

Carrier delays, weather, or peak season slowdowns are not grounds for refund unless the item arrives damaged.

Digital access does not expire immediately after download, but download abuse may result in access restriction.

Refund abuse or repeated chargebacks may result in account or transaction restrictions.
