RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return window
• You can request a return or size exchange within 30 days from the date tracking shows Delivered.
- Eligibility
- Items must be unused, clean, with unworn soles, and include all original tags and the shoebox in good condition.
- Non-returnable items: customized/personalized products, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale, except where defective.
- How to start a return
Contact support with your order number and photos (if requested). If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending items back. - Shipping costs for returns
- For change-of-mind or wrong size ordered: the customer pays return shipping; the original $6.30 shipping fee is non-refundable.
- For manufacturing defects or wrong item/size shipped by us: we cover return or replacement shipping as appropriate.
- Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after our warehouse confirms the items meet the conditions above. - Items damaged on arrival
Report within 7 days of the Delivered status with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
