SHIPPING POLICY

Flat rate
$6.30 per order for standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses (charged once per order, regardless of item count).

  1. Handling time
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat; excluding Sundays and U.S. holidays). A shipment confirmation with tracking is sent once your package leaves our facility.
  2. Transit times
    Carrier-estimated transit typically takes 3–7 business days. Actual timing can vary due to destination, weather, peak seasons, or carrier capacity. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed once in transit.
  3. Total estimated delivery time
    Total = Handling (1–3 business days) + Transit (3–7 business days) → most U.S. orders arrive in 4–10 business days.
  4. Coverage & limitations
    The $6.30 flat rate applies to eligible continental U.S. addresses. Certain remote areas or oversized items may be ineligible; if not supported, that option will not appear at checkout.
  5. Address accuracy & changes
    Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. After a label is issued, address changes aren’t possible; any intercept or re-delivery fees (if offered by the carrier) are the customer’s responsibility.
  6. Tracking & “Delivered” status
    Tracking becomes available after the carrier scans your package. If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.
  7. Damaged or lost in transit
    Contact us promptly with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist with a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund in line with item availability and this policy.
  8. Undeliverable or refused packages
    Packages returned as undeliverable/refused may be refunded minus the original $6.30 shipping fee once received and verified in resellable condition.
